Mr. Guilfoile has over 25 years of Wall Street experience. He began his securities industry career as a futures/options trader and migrated to traditional investment banking - specializing in micro-cap fast growth companies many years ago. Mr. Guilfoile headed up Capital Markets and Investment Banking Departments at Nutmeg Securities and Pali Capital, both retail and institutionally-oriented firms. He is fully versed in all aspects of public equity financing and has been both lead and co-manager of numerous IPO’s, Secondary offerings and PIPE transactions for both developing and mature companies. Mr. Guilfoile received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Villanova University and received his MBA in Finance from Fordham University.
